Developing Our Youth Into productive Citizens
MCAL is the fastest growing youth sports league in Northeastern Louisiana. With over 1300 participants and counting, MCAL aims to be the largest source of youth sports within the region for years to come. Focusing on the development of our youth as well as the sporting industry of our area, this league will catapult results and new norms from our community.
Our Mission
Monroe City Academy League’s mission is to provide youth and their families a variety of free to affordable resources, tools, and skills that will develop youth into productive citizens. We aim to accomplish these through affordable sporting programs and community participation. #ItTakesAVillage
Academy Youth Sports Seasons consist of Community Teams and Independent Teams from around Monroe/West Monroe and surrounding area. Our League is for youth ages 5-12 (cutoff dates in effect for each sport). Each student athlete has opportunity to attend Free Me Association’s Excel Learning Program as part of measuring progress academically.
Academy Youth Sports focus on development of the athlete. Whether athletically, socially, academically, or elsewhere, sports are a supportive environment for helping youth find out more about themselves and how to build relationships. Our community programs are filled with exemplifying leaders of our community and youth coaches that have taken on the privilege of helping steward our youth into better opportunities.

The Strength Of The Pack
Developmental and Mentorship program for Young Men ages 8-18, are mentored and coached, traveling across the region in national tournaments. This program grants exposure in athletics and academics, visiting universities, museums, and other historical/educational munuments.

-Academic Mentorship: Academy Elite Athletes participate in Standardize Test Prep, ACT Prep, and Life Skills courses throughout the season.
During Weekends of no Travel are Prep Enhancment Workshops. During travel weekends, our educational visit, insitutional site, or historical site stimulates their minds outside of the sport as well.

Skill Development: Wolfpack Members receive top tier position training, film & board training, and recruiting & information resource training.
Academy Elite's Coaching Staff has over 15 Years of Professional Playing Experience, as well as over 30 years combined coaching experience at the Varsity Level or Higher. Training and Developing over 23 First Time All District Players, increasing our players' knowledge of the game is a major priority.
The North Is LOADED with Talent!
Our 7v7 Program has developed relationships with dozens of college football coaches, recruiters, and recruiting platforms around the country. These relationships garner our players campus and facility visits, as well as recruiting foundations. Our goal is to get our athletes in front of as many next level recruiters and coaches as possible for those with goals of playing collegiate football. Our program also takes Varsity aged athletes to prospectus camps across the region as well to college programs they have interest in.
The exposure leg of our program is also culturally, amongst high competition tournaments, on trips student athletes also visit educational & historical sites and institutions. Learning more about the world around them, one visit can truly change a young man's life.

What's Next? Summer Sessions & Camp Circuit
After the 7v7 season, Wolfpack Members will continue skill training and preparation for the next football season, as well as this summer's college prospect camp prep.
Athletes will gain knowledge on how to dominate camps and receive the attention and traction in recruiting, and be able to build on this success throughout their fall seasons. Many of our players already have Jr Day, Top Prospect Camp, and unofficial visit invites lined up for an exciting summer offseason.

Winning and Competiting in multiple Regional and National Tournaments beginning in February, Academy Elite has played amongst some of the top competition in the country. Competing in Top Level League Circuits with sports writers and exposure outlets for student athletes.
With 2 Tournament Championships and a Host (4 total) runner-ups this season, Academy Elite has solidified ourselves as a dominant program, showing out for North Louisiana.
